That's what my husband said to me yesterday... seems a little unromantic to most, I'm sure, but if you were married to this man you'd understand.
Everyday is Valentine's Day with him. He is so wonderful at doing the "little things" every single day. He helps with dinner... cleans up dishes... bathes the kids... brushes their teeth... scrapes my windshield and warms up my car when I'm going somewhere... kisses me when he comes home from work... tells me he loves me when he walks out the door... makes me hot chocolate... snuggles with me at night... pats me on the rear... you get the picture. All little things that seem unimportant to most. But they are important to me. I don't need a special day to celebrate my love for/with him.
With Valentine's Day being as commercial as it is, we decided not to celebrate "Valentine's Day." So we celebrated February 14th the same way we celebrate our love everyday.
